Mary Beth Koss
Director of Education and Achieve Consulting
Mary Beth has been professionally involved in the field of education for over 30 years as a teacher, parent educator, educational consultant, education department director, and as a professor in teacher certification programs at the community college and university levels.
Mary Beth has a B.S. in Family Life and Child Development, a M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education, and has completed her doctoral coursework in Early Childhood Education and Teacher Leadership Curriculum Studies. Mary Beth is nationally trained in the Treatment and Education of Autistic and other related Communication Handicapped CHildren (TEACCH), Developmental Individual Relationship Model (DIR-Greenspan), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Verbal Behavior, and has postgraduate training and experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Family Systems, and Research Methods. She was a member of the initial Ohio Autism State Task Force, Autism Leadership Council Cuyahoga County, and is currently a member of the Cuyahoga County Autism Collaborative.
