A few years ago, several people including my caregivers and family members, suggested to me that I should try to write my life story. In 2016, I decided to consider the idea more seriously. I belong to a book club and the person who runs it at the Solon Recreation Center also works at Kent State as a professor in the Speech Pathology program. I had been praying over the decision and felt that God was wanting me to go ahead and start writing. I was connected with a graduate student in the speech department at Kent. I told her my story as she typed it out and helped with formatting my ideas into sentences.

My story starts with my birth and continues to the present. It took me two and a half to three years to complete. We hope it will be ready for Kindle Direct self-publishing and Apple products to be available for others to read.

My goal in writing this book was to talk about my faith and how it has gotten me through a lot of difficult situations. I hope when people read it, they feel inspiration and hope in their own lives.  The book is called “Never Give Up.”  I’ll post more information when it becomes available.

Thank you for reading my blog posts!
