Make a Cash Donation

Making a cash donation by check or credit card benefits the children and families served by the Achievement Centers for Children immediately. In addition, these gifts qualify for federal tax deductions if you itemize your return. For tax purposes, a gift of cash is considered made on the date it is postmarked, submitted online or hand-delivered.

Submitting Gifts by Mail

** Please indicate any special designation on the memo line of the check. After receiving your gift, we will issue you an official gift receipt for tax purposes.

Donate Online

Make a donation now using the Achievement Centers for Children’s secure online donation form. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. A gift on your credit card can be a one-time or monthly deduction.

Please be prepared to provide the following information:

• Your name, address and e-mail address
• Amount of Gift
• Does your employer have a matching gift program?
• Gift Designation (are you directing your gift for a specific purpose?)
• Credit Card Number
• Type of card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted)
• Card expiration date
• Card security code (last 3 digits on the back of the card)
• Tribute information if applicable
  • Is your gift a tribute or memorial?
  • Name of person being honored or remembered
  • Names and addresses of any family members to be notified of your gift
